The Aerox 155 is the sporty option in the fleet. It’s faster than the Click, handles better at highway speeds, and looks like it belongs on a racetrack. The 155cc liquid-cooled engine gives you enough power to cruise comfortably at 90-100 km/h without the engine screaming.
In Bangkok traffic, the Aerox feels responsive and agile. It weighs about 125 kg, so it’s slightly heavier than the Click but still easy to maneuver through gaps between cars. The disc brakes front and rear stop you quickly, which matters when a taxi cuts across three lanes without signaling.
Fuel economy sits around 35-40 km per liter. A tank lasts about two to three days depending on how hard you ride. The one downside: under-seat storage is small. You’ll fit a thin rain jacket under there but not a helmet. Plan to use a backpack or the phone holder mount if you need to carry things.
At 450 THB per day, the Aerox is the cheapest current-generation Aerox rental in Bangkok. Most competitors charge 500-550 for the same bike, plus a deposit you won’t pay here. Good for riders who want something faster than a 125cc but don’t need the bulk of a 300cc maxi-scooter.
For a more comfortable ride with better storage, check the Yamaha NMAX 155.
